Returns & Refunds Policy

Delivered Items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

• You (the customer) are responsible for arranging the safe return of goods to us.

• Fireworks are classed as hazardous goods and must only be transported by a specialist hazardous goods courier.

• All costs of returning items are your responsibility. If you are unable to arrange a return, we can organise recovery of the goods, with the cost deducted from any refund due.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

• When signing for a delivery, please only sign for the number of boxes actually received.

• Any shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email info@anfieldfireworks.com.

• You will need to send us photographs of any damaged items.

Store Collections

For items collected in-store:

• All products must be checked at the point of collection for faults or damages.

• Once the goods leave our premises, we cannot accept returns.

This strict policy is necessary due to the safety-sensitive nature of fireworks and to ensure no products have been tampered with.

⚠️ Note: Due to the hazardous nature of fireworks, our returns policy is more limited than standard consumer goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
